What You Can Reach Out About

  • Feature requests: Tell us what would make planning your PTO easier. Many of our improvements come straight from user suggestions.
  • Bug reports: If a calculation looks off or something is not working in your browser, let us know your device and browser so we can reproduce it.
  • Content corrections: Our guides cover policies and labor topics that change over time. If you spot something out of date or inaccurate, please flag it and we will review and update it.
  • General questions: Not sure how a setting works or how accrual is calculated? Ask away, and we may turn common questions into a new guide.
  • Partnerships and press: For collaboration or media inquiries, use the same address and include "Partnership" or "Press" in your subject line.

Before You Write

Many common questions are already answered in our resources. You may find what you need faster by checking these first:

  • The Frequently Asked Questions section on the calculator page covers accrual, carryover caps, pay periods, and privacy.
  • Our Guides & Articles library explains PTO policies, payout laws, holiday bridging, and more in depth.
  • The About page describes how the tool works and the principles behind it.

A Note on Privacy

The PTO Calculator performs all of its math directly in your browser and never transmits your balance or vacation data to us. When you email us, we only see the information you choose to include in your message, and we use it solely to respond to your request. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

A Note on Accuracy

Our guides are written to be genuinely helpful, but they are general educational information, not legal, tax, or financial advice. PTO and labor rules vary by state, employer, and over time. For decisions specific to your situation, please confirm with your HR department or a qualified professional. We are always grateful when readers help us keep our content accurate—just send a note.
